578 NE Marigold Street, Madras, OR 97741 | Sold Home

Morning Crest Home built in 2004, very nice subdivision near the hospital, parks, schools and aquatic center. This 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, 1,180 sq. ft. home with a 2-car garage is a great affordable home. New flooring throughout the home, laminate and carpet. New paint on the inside and trim on the outside. Natural gas forced air heat throughout makes this home cozy and warm. The living area is open much like a great room with gas fireplace. The kitchen area is part of that room with an island for eating or doing some homework, electric plugs in island. The front and back yards are fully landscaped with grass, shrubs and underground irrigation too. The neighborhood is quiet with both retired and young families, sidewalks, on street parking for guests and others.
